All Is Not So Well Everywhere..

I found this on another blog and I know people have to see this. Special needs children don't just disappear when they are not adopted. This will be the fate of them. If a child can not function in society alone then they have to be cared for. Alot of countries don't have the system in place to take care of the disabled orphan.
