And We Pause...

...my normal rantings for some serious business.
Happy Fathers Day to someone really special to me. My dear sweet husband.
He never looks at me like I'm too crazy for all my scheming. He never really tells me no. He is always a source of laughter.
Honey,
I love you so much. I know I don't tell you nearly enough. You encourage me to pursue my dreams and stand beside me when the world thinks I've lost my freakin' mind. I love that. My life wouldn't be nearly as interesting if I wasn't coaching you on cooking dinner or exactly how much fruit the baby should get. I can't imagine raising this family any other way. You have always been a great dad to Anthony. With Ananya a new light has shown. Its incredible. I never worry about her if she is with you, just like I've never had to worry about Anthony. I know that she'll be even more rotten when I get home than when I left for work. I can't wait to get Prasun home. Another boy to fish with and light stuff on fire. I hope we can have at least a few more. We have enough love. Our kids turn out pretty darn good too.
I Love You Honey.
Thanks for everything that you do.

Arkansas

We had a good time in Arkansas. First of all we got to meet my Aunt, Uncle and cousins. I haven't seen them in years. Anthony had someone to play with the whole time we were gone. We stayed first at some cabins on Lake Hamilton. It was beautiful. They had row boats to go out fishing. Ananya just loved swimming in the lake.
After that we went to stay at Shangri La with our friends from Dillon. The lake there was just as beautiful. Anthony caught a good fish within minutes of getting down to the lake. We went out on the lake with Stephanie and Nathan. Anthony and Jax were quick friends. I don't think either of the girls really cared to play together. Neither really felt good. I enjoyed getting to meet Stephanie and talk for a while. Patrick and Nathan were hilarious. They kept me and Stephanie laughing all the way through dinner.
I'm hoping we will get to travel frequently to visit friends.
I will make my way that far west Kristi. Just hoping you can move a little closer.
Pam, after Arkansas 6 hours is a quick trip.
Well I'm going to get back to avoiding housework.

We Have Some Good News!

CARA has renewed the license for ISRC. We may get our case heard in the Kolkata courts in the next couple of weeks.
I can't wait to get my baby home.

Orphancare International

Here is a video from Dillon about their Humanitarian efforts with Orphancare. At 1:30 there is video of Prasun as a baby. Our friends Ian and Mia are also in the video. I didn't see Ananya.

New Pictures and A Hodge-Podge

I'm posting some new pictures over at Prasun's blog in just a few minutes.
I have a question for you guys.
Why is it that only the Banana Oatmeal explodes in the microwave?
I've made probably about 300 bowls of instant oatmeal for Ananya in the last 15 months. No other flavor with overflow in the microwave, only banana. The blueberry flavor won't cook to a thick consistency. It stays watery. This boggles my mind.
